HISTORY
MCCi was founded in 1995 by an experienced system engineer specializing in the IBM iSeries and AS400. The company has professional employees that have sound technical skills, an average of 50 years experience in the industry and a heart for customer service. MCCi currently supports over 50 customers in the states offering various information processing services, ranging from manufacturing, distribution, local government, securities, schools, police reporting, detention center software, temporary services and food services.
We provide consulting and programming services and advanced technical support the IBM iSeries and IBM AS400 systems. We also provide network configuation, Router Support, and Local and Wide Area Networks.

PERSONNEL
Chuck Mason:
Before starting MCCi in 1995, Chuck worked as a systems engineer for Corning where he was responsible for installing, implementing and testing a network of AS/400’s across the country. As an IBM Marketing Agent he has provided technical support to AS/400 accounts where he has solved complex issues and designed networks of various data processing environments.
Chuck has developed and rewritten many systems in Progen and Websmart over the last 30 years. Including a web based Police Incident Reporting system, Securities Managment, Time and Attendance, Tax Collection, Training Software, General Ledger systems, Contact Management system, Web based Query Tool, and a furniture configurator for Ethan Allen. Chuck has 15 years of experience with BCD’s websmart tool and BCD’s Progen Plus tool. Progen and Websmart are tools marketed by Business Computer Design.
Chuck has an excellent business sense and can view situations from the customers side, not just the side of technical personnel. He is respected in the industry for his integrity and sound technical ability. He has been a guest speaker at users groups, career days and universities.
